Welcome to Easy Recipes Land! This site is updated on a daily basis, so have a look around at my tons of recipes and see what you think. :-)

You can view my recipes by either searching with the search box in the upper right hand corner or clicking on any of the categories on the right side of the screen. Please check back often because I’m usually adding more recipes to the site during the week.

Because on the weekends I’m usually too busy with family to do anything with the site.

For this recipe you will need the following Ingredients:
3 Cups Flour (all purpose)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cups Vegetable Oil
3 Any Size Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Strawberries or Blueberries (fresh)
1 Cup Nuts (chopped)
Directions:
First, lets combine the cinnamon, flour, baking soda and the salt and then set it aside. Then get a large mixing bowl and an electric mixer and combine the eggs, oil and sugar and mix it all really well.

Next, you need to now gradually add in the dry ingredients to the already mixed ingredients and stir it all until its just moistened and then stir in the nuts and the berries really well.

Now, lets take the mixture and spoon it into two already greased and floured as well, loaf pans. The next step is to toss it into the oven to bake at 350 degrees for at least 60 minutes or until it’s done.

Finally, after they are done baking you need to let them cool off for ten minutes in the baking pans. Then you can feel free to remove them and put them onto a wire rack to allow them to cool off completely. :-)

This recipe will make about 12 servings.

For this recipe you will need the following Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon Flour (all purpose)
1 Pound Beef Stew Meat (cubed)
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3 Cups Vegetable Juice Cocktail
1 Can Whole Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10 ounces)
1/2 Cup Onion (chopped)
2 Single Beef Bouillon Cubes
2 Single Garlic Cloves (minced)
1/2 Teaspoon Basil (dried)
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme (dried)
2 1/4 Cups Potatoes (cubed, peeled)
2 Cups Carrots (sliced)
1 Cup Celery (sliced)
Directions:
First, you’ll need a food storage bag and then put the flour in it and then add in a few at a time of the cubed beef stew meat and shake it well to give them a good coat.

Next, you will need a large dutch oven to brown the cubed beef stew meat in some hot oil. Then you need to stir in in the vegetable juice, beef bouillon, onion, garlic, thyme and basil.

Now, lets proceed by bringing the contents to a boil and then lets cover it and reduce the heat to a simmer for 60 to 75 minutes.

Finally, you can now add in the carrots, potatoes and the celery too. Then cover it up again and let it simmer for another 45 minutes or at least until it’s juicy and tender.

This recipe will make about 6 servings.

For this recipe you will need the following Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Pound Beef stew meat (lean, cut into small chunks)
1 Package Vegetable Beef and Barley Soup Starter Mix
6 Cups Water
1 Can Tomatoes (chopped, 14 ounces)
3 Single Carrots (chopped)
3 Ribs Celery (chopped)
Directions:
First, get out a large stockpot and then in it you’ll want to heat the vegetable oil and then add in the chunks of stew meat.

Next, proceed to saute it until you have noticed that the stew meat is now browned on all of its sides. Then you can add in the water along with the tomatoes and the soup starter mix as well.

Now, you will want to bring the contents to a boil in the stockpot and then cover it and reduce the heat to a simmer for forty five minutes. After that amount of time is up you can now stir the carrots and the celery in and then cover it again and let it simmer for 60 additional minutes.

Finally, if there was a bay leaf in the soup starter mix you may now discard it since it has served its purpose.

This recipe will make about 8 servings.

I’ve been soo busy lately watching my great grand children that I’ve not been able to add more recipes to the site. But starting next week I will be back to my normal schedule and will be adding recipes on a regular basis to the site.

Plus, I already have about 100 recipes on the site now. So, I’m sure you can find something you would like to make until I get back to adding more recipes to the site. ;-)

For this recipe you will need the following Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour (all purpose)
2 Cups Oats (quick)
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Pecans (chopped)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/4 Cups Butter or Margarine (melted)
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling (21 ounces)
1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
Directions:
First, you will need a large mixing bowl and then add into it the all purpose flour, sugar, oats, baking soda, pecans and the butter. Then mix all of it until its nice and crumbly.

Next, go ahead and take 1.5 cups of this lovely mixture and set it aside for the topping. Then, take the remainder of the mixture and press it onto the bottom of the 9″ X 13″ X 2″ inch baking pan we will be using.

Now, lets put this into the oven for twelve to fifteen minutes at 350 degrees.

After that, you’ll want to take the cherry pie filling and spoon it over the crust evenly. Then you’ll need to take the mini marshmallows and any of the remaining crumbs from the crust and sprinkle them all over the top of the pie.

Finally, put it back into the oven to bake for another twenty five to thirty five minutes until you notice the topping is nice and golden brown. Then, after letting it cool for awhile you can cut it into bars and serve. ;-)

This recipe will make about 48 servings.
