Ingredients of Snack Time!
- You need 1/2 pc of banana (I froze mine).
- You need 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of instant oatmeal.
- You need 200 g of water.
- It’s 1 scoop of whey powder.
Snack Time! instructions
- Add everything in the blender.
- Do not repeat my mistake by putting the peanut butter on the side of the bottle 🤣 but yes I put around that much.
- Last, as usual, add in the whey powder. My protein powder for the moment is matcha flavoured, so I've been doing some experiments for which flavour combination is best to use with it..
- Blend this beauty nice and smooth. If you like it thicker you can add more banana instead of reducing the water 😉.
