- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 10 of red chilli whole.
- It’s 2 medium of size onion sliced.
- Prepare 2 medium of size potatoes peeled long sliced cut.
- It’s 2 of bottle gourd long sliced cut (loki).

- You need 1/2 of roasted cumin seeds powder.

- Take oil in a pan let it hot add cumin seeds stir for 5 seconds then add onions and red whole chillies fry for 10 minutes or till you feel it's getting pinkish golden.Now add vegetables if you are using non stick pan so there is no need of water it will cook in steam otherwise you can add half cup of water.cook till it's get tender completely..
- Now sprinkle cumin seeds powder and garnish with cilantro and chillies.
