- Prepare of noodles(prefer whole wheat or whole grain noodles).
- It’s of cooking oil.
- You need of chopped garlic.
- Prepare of green chilli. Chopped.
- It’s of onion sliced and 3 tbsp spring onion (optional).
- Prepare of mixed veggies(cabbage,carrots,bell pepper,beans,babycorn).
- It’s of soya sauce.
- You need of vinegar or lemon juice.
- You need of chilli sauce or any hot sauce.
- It’s of tomato sauce.
Street style Veg Noodles instructions
- Bring 5 cup water to a rolling boil,add noodles and cook till soft without them mushy,than drain it and rinse them well under cold water,add 1 tbsp oil mix well and keep aside..
- Add oil to a hot pan and put on to a high flame, saute garlic and green chilli for a minute,than add onion saute for a minute,add all veggies and saute 2 -3 minutes until they are half done yet crunchy..
- Then pour in vinegar, soy sauce and hot sauce if using, after that add cooked noodles,pepper and salt,toss and stir fry for 2 minutes.
