Take a deep pan,add some oil sprinkle mustard seeds,cumin seeds,aaesofotida curry leaves,green chilly paste,chopped 2 – 3 green chillies to make the dish more spicy and than add those boiled potatoes chunks into the pan along with salted and turmeric powder water.Later on add sugar and lemon to make the dish sweet and sour.Cook it on medium heat for 5 minuets and than you are ready to serve with the gram flour sev and cilantro on the top of the dish..
